When Faith is Flat
Most of us treat faith like a spare tire—we only want to use it when we have a flat on the side of the road.
We spend so much time waiting for a "sign from above" that we completely miss the person standing right in front of us who needs a hand or the signs day after day that God is hinting at for you.
It’s about empathy—stepping out of your own head and into someone else's shoes.
Taking a step of faith usually doesn't look like a giant leap; it looks like choosing to be kind when you’re tired, or being honest when a lie would be easier. It is about building a "masterpiece" of a life through small, actions every single day.
And when we live this way, we aren't just "doing religion"—we are actually changing the world around us, one conversation at a time.
Do to other people what you would want them to do to you. -Jesus (Matthew 7:12)
Think of one person you’ll interact with today and ask yourself: "How can I make their day a little more 'golden' through my words or actions?"
On second thought, don't think - DO IT.
